He has a rich history of working with esteemed institutions including CSB Bank, IDBI Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, ESAF Bank, and various NBFCs. His expertise encompasses projects such as DDUGKY and as a trainer at ICICI Foundation, CHEGG, ESAF Bank. Proficient in Operations Management, Sujan holds mastery in ALM, Consumer Banking Domains, Compliance, Credit, emerging technologies, regulatory interactions and IT innovations.

Academically, Sujan is an MPhil graduate from Madras Christian College, complemented by an MA in Economics from University Campus, Karyiavattom, Trivandrum.

Having previously been associated with us three years ago, Sujan returns with enhanced experience and potential. As COO, he spearheads the entire Operations of the company, including Branch Banking and Business, Micro Finance, Banking and Compliance, Branch Admin, Health and Life insurances, Credits, Policymaking, New Projects, Corporate Funding, and Office Administration. He collaborates with the Directors on an assignment basis. He conducts departmental reviews periodically on behalf of the management, fostering a professional and systematic functioning across the organization.
