Rajan is responsible for the entire corporate operations function at South Indian Credits. The Admin, HR, Banking Operations, Credit Risk, and IT verticals report to Rajan. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors

In his role, he runs the daily operations at SIC with active involvement in strengthening our customer experience. He drives our digital transformation initiative, in collaboration with the risk management and customer service verticals. He is accountable for developing new business opportunities and sustaining valuable relationships with our various stakeholders to ensure the bank’s continuous expansion and business growth.

A career banker with 25+ years of experience working with Muthoot Fincorp, ESAF, Madura Microfinance in diverse functions ranging from Relationships in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Sales & Business development to SDG roles.

His academic background in economics and theology has uniquely positioned him to understand and toil towards the financial inclusion of the disenfranchised.
