Elby heads the management team as chief executive officer. In his capacity, he ensures sound corporate governance practices at the policy level and the operational level.

He is principally responsible for providing the mandate and leadership for the Executive Team to work in partnership across their operational groups, to lead and implement continuous improvements in business processes, leveraging digital transformation, and ensure delivery of customer-centric services. In his role, he stewards the board of directors on policy decisions regarding Asset Liability Committee and Risk Management.

A battle-hardened banking professional with over 19+ years of experience serving across verticals in Max Microfinance, Muthoot FinCorp, and ESAF, Elby has played an instrumental role in driving our growth. He has significant experience managing fund vehicles of various sizes being involved right from the early due diligence stage.

Elby holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Annamalai University, BA in Economics from MG University.
