SITS is managed by a team of professionals who had in depth concern about the socio -economic development of the marginalized population in inhabiting in the country especially in rural areas. The team members involved in helping and promoting education for poor students
women empowerment through various institutions they worked, Post tsunami rehabilitation initiatives among the fishermen community in Tamil Nadu and Pondichery.entrepreneurship development trainings in various places across the states of Kerala,Tamil Nadu and Pondichary .Currently SITS team is planning to start DDUGKY Programme to promote employment opportunities for the educated unemployed youths.

SITS recently organized an eye care camp as part of our community service initiative. The camp aimed to provide free eye check-ups and consultations to underprivileged individuals who might not have had access to such services otherwise. We were committed to promoting eye health and preventing blindness by identifying and addressing eye-related issues early on.The eye care camp was held in collaboration with local health organizations and eye specialists. The team of experts conducted comprehensive eye examinations, screened for common eye conditions, and provided prescriptions and treatment recommendations as needed. Our volunteers were on hand to assist with registration, crowd management, and patient care.
